Yes, I’m back! I know no one probably missed me, but I’m here to write some more nonsense.

I was on a bit of a hiatus. Since my first post early this year, a lot has been going on in my life, a lot of change. I’m usually really good with change, but a lot changed all at once. I have slightly been living a recluse life. I’ve been very choosy of the people in my life. I have been hurt one too many times in my life now by people I thought that I could completely trust. At New Year’s this year, I promised to make this year “The Year of Ren” and look out for myself for once; not to worry about the small stuff and look forward to the future.

Now you might be saying to yourself, if you kept on reading, what exactly does “The Year of Ren” mean? Well, let me tell you: I’ve traveled, I’ve moved (multiple times), I’ve not been on Facebook since January, etc. I think now, I’m finally in a good place, mentally at least. I recently decided to move to Kansas City, MO, new adventures to be had. I know that not a lot of people supported me on this decision and questioned my motive of moving, and what I say to them? “I don’t care what you think. I’m doing it for me and that’s all that matters.”

I am finally getting to this point of being satisfied with the life I’m living. My family has always said that they thought that I’d be the one to go off and travel far. Well, I finally have the motivation and gumption to do just that. Am I said to leave South Dakota? Yeah, kind of, especially now that I have a beautiful little niece in Aberdeen. But I know that I’ll be back to see her as often as I can!

So, now I’m just rambling, but I wanted to get some of that off my chest and just say, “I’M BACK” for some more blogs, and hopefully, some entertainment for you as well!
